I have a Bogen ProHold DRDX. (music on hold digital download system) It has an existing custom message on it from the last customer. I would like to set the option so that I can load music locally rather than via a remote studio. Does anybody have a manual or help on how I can do this. The installation guide simply tells me to use the studio remote interface.

Have you tried www.bogen.com ? The manuals for most of their products are available on-line in .pdf format.

I have one of these puppies new that i bought thinking it was the tape loader.
it says in the manual you can add message locally ,but its a feature that must be activated by studio.
If you deal with someone that does music on hold recordings may they can help you.

I got one of these used for $60 and thought it was a bargain. You can download the manual from Bogen's website fore free. Its more work than I want to deal with and if you want another one, my email is [email protected]. I'd be happy to lose money on it and move on with the easy tape loaders.
