Is your message waiting power supply working? I don't know much about Win systems, but with most, the power supply for MWL is an adjunct either on the main power supply or externally.

Message lamps on a Win digital set operate digitally (duh), and require no special hardware to operate. Message notification on a Win analog set can be via stutter tone or lamp. For a lamp, the destination notification station port must be on an 8STL-MW card, most (95%+) are not -MW. If your card does not say -MW, it will not activate a lamp on an analog set and stutter tone is the only notification method available to you. The COS of the setting station has to include 24 to set the MW regardless of flavor. I would also check your SPAC to verify that both set and cancel codes exist, then reset the MW on an analog before trying to set it again.

For more detail, my problem is analog to analog canot send the #0, analog to digital can. digital to analog canot. win 100d R2 is not support the 8STL-M, so canot activate the msg lamp, but in win 100d R3 can support 8STL-M, even just the normal 8STL, i still can send the #0 to activate the stutter tone but not lamp.
