Okay, here goes.

Customer has Win with 20b Display 440 CT sets and only 2 COs. Has two sets ringing, wants to add a third set to ringing. User manual is all that is available.

Can't get to the KSU until the landlord unlocks the equipment room. I ASSUME it is the small 440 and it has vm.

Any easy way to add line ringing without reprogramming the system?

you may be able to get into program by pressing the following,feat, 01,# feat, feat, then check the manual, you may be able to change the ring prog. if you know the program number, kinda like the old 36d,
remember, if you dump help, the first prog it dumps is prog#01 ect. I know it can be done but I always just plug in my laptop. good luck or just wait for the key.

you will not get access by Feat 0 1 # Feat Feat. Was discontinued after 100D.

line ID, Station to ring
(line must appear to ring - KEY command)

just type HELP at the prompt.

If you cant get past the password, you are finished and must reprogram. Good part is if you flip switch 4 (bottom up) on the CPU and power reset, all programming will disappear and square system with basic features appears. You still cant get past the password at this point either.

Maybe best to contact the previous installer!
