Does anyone know how to make a conf. on a Bizfon/Bizcom 680 with a BT3 telephone in line mode?
Thanks, Steve

I don't have a BT3 to try with, but as far as I know, the Bizfon 680 is not capable of conferencing outside of the "meeting room" (ext 290). This works by telling your callers to dial in and then enter x290 when the auto-attendant answers. You will have to have already entered the meeting room and be waiting for them to call in in order to hold the "meeting". While I can see how it _could_ be useful to do it this way, I really wish I could simply have a conference call "on-the-fly", by simply having someone else in the office join the same line I'm on and talk to the caller at the same time.
Is this possible? I'd sure like to know!

I figured out how to do this! It's not really in the manuals per se.
In order to have a conference call with a caller on the line and another person in your office, do this:
Place the caller on Hold, by pressing the Hold key on the BT2 or BT3 phone.
Press the CONF button. You and the caller on hold will immediately be placed into the Bizfon's Meeting Room.
Tell your coworker to dial ext 290 and enter the meeting in progress. Easy!
The Meeting Room can hold up to 5 callers in the meeting room.
