Does anyone know if VoIP modem output connected to regular phone is Digital or Analog ? VoIP modem itself is connected to DSL modem / router. It is working fine with a regular phone connected to it. Acually I want to connect another anolog line to 2 line phone set and wants to do a call conferencing between regular analog line and VOIP modem output line . Is there any issue in there ?

The Voip box gives you an analog dial tone. If you had a digital voip phone you would plug it into a network jack, no adapter box.
You can do call conferencing with a voip line and a phone company line, they are both analog lines at the phone. You will get the same effect as a non-amplified circuit on a key system, you hear both at full volume, they hear you at full volume, and they hear each other at half volume.
See if your voip provider gives you three way calling and use the flash to give you a second call on the voip line and you all hear each other at full volume. NOW THAT WORKS if you have 3 way calling from the VOIP provider.
