We are Sprint k3 dealers but only sold two of these systems (have issues!). In supporting my customer I blew away their data base but have a good copy. I tried sending it up through RMP but am unsuccessful and have misplaced my manual for the RMP program. When I connect to the system do I need to receive the program and then save as? I tried connecting and then saving and I think I just saved a copy of the defauld DB and then tried pushing that up to the system...oops...Also, when I go to push the new config (which I will build offline) to send back up to the system do I just connect, open my new config and then send? Any help is much appreciated.. Lastly, the root of this problem is that the caller ID board seems to be corrupting the DB. Has anyone had success in fixing this problem? Thanks again all!! We started selling the K3 and now sell the Tadiran Emerald ICE, we have not had one legitimate service call yet the systems just work. All the manuals are in the CD that ships with each switch, if your a dealer you can log on to the web site and download them.

I too sell the Tadiran ICE systems. I sold many in the last two years with not problems. Great price and stable system for smaller applications. I would stay away from their cordless phones though. If your still having trouble logging in shoot me an e-mail.

Ditto on the Emerald Ice...........
You do not ned to worry about the cordless phones anymore. Tadiran discontinued them.
