I don't know this system however we did do a cross connect to XO in December for this client. Every thing worked fine until last week when the customer was unable to dial anywhere other then NJ. 3Com didn't show up for a Vendor meet with XO who has dialed LD from the smart jack. The customer is at a loss, I believe it has got to be a programming issue however nothing was touched since December. Any direction?

That was my assumption too.....but to default to local only doesn't make much sense, it should default to allow all calls. Then again I don't know this system, a assumption.

It could be a change in the programming due to any number of things. Did the carrier change to 10 or 11 digit dialing for some local calls. It has just recently come up here. It may just need the dial plan changed to accommodate the change in dialing. What 3Com are we talking about?

Check COS in netset to see if LD is allowed.
