Does anybody know if this system is definitely music on-hold compatible? Can't find any information that specifically says yes or no. In talking with techs all I get is 'it should be'. If anyone knows for sure, I'd sure appreciate the info. Thanks!

Definitely: yes. RCA jack mounted on the CPU, provides MOH and background music at the stations.

Ounce you have the music source hooked into the RCA on the CPU, you can have background music at any ext phone by using these commands
FEAT 20 On
FEAT 21 OFF or visa Versa
I have a manueal on using features if you need a copy
