I have the Mainstreet Channel bank 24 channels. It was installed about 8 years before I arrived as the telecomm manager. I have the manual but I do not have the password to access the system. The default is "XXXXXXXX" but it must have been changed. Does anyone know how I could reset the password or set the system to factory default? Thank you in advance.
Kevin

Edit to remove default password.

If there is a procedure to default a 3624 without knowing the admin password, I've never seen it.

Newbridge was bought out by Alcatel so they might be able to help.

Because the 3624 has been off the market for years, you could probably purchase a replacement chassis on the Internet for a reasonable cost.
