THEY ARE TIED TOGETHER BO CORNET BUT EACH LOCATION HAS IT'S ON INCOMING LINES FROM THE TELCO.IN THE LAST WEEK OR SO, TWO LOCATIONS HAVE BEEN HAVING CO LINES RING IN,SYSTEM GOES DOWN,COMES BACK UP BUT CO LINES ARE HUNG. RESET SWITCH AND THEY RELEASE. JUST GOT A CALL FROM THRID LOCATION,SAME THING. QUESTION. COULD TELECO BE CHANGING SOMETHING TO CAUSE THIS OR SHOULD I LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Are the 3 units linked or is the third a seperate system? does it happen on both sites at the same time or at different times? If the system is resetting for a second I would look at the system first.

The.O.tele can you please turn off caps as this is seen as shouting, thanks

Are you able to use Manager E? If so open manager up and use the maintenance function and list the error history. If the system is resetting it will log an error. Post the error in a reply and I'll see if it's a known problem and what the fix is.

Bopper is right try to get a look at the error log, should give you the card causing the problem.

When you say the system goes down does the desplay go from the phone,It must not fully reset if the lines are hung when it comes back up.
Is there other data running on the fiber?

A lot of those cornet and ip cards are straight in to the cpu to run, could cause the cpu to overload for a second, but not power down causing the lines to hang.
