Anyone know anything about this system. have a long time friend who went to work for a company that has one and no one knows anything about the system there. Apparently his calls (when he is out of the office) are getting forwarded to the previous employee's cell phone.

feature code 147 10 (or #147 #10) should cancel call forward no answer and call forward busy
busy doing something close to nothing but different from the day before
