We're trying to get a VRU to interface to a Siemens 3000 (formerly known as 150) using Dialogic cards that emulate an optiset phone. The VRU answers, plays the greeting and transfers to an extension ok, but it always does a blind transfer. We normally use analog intergration, but we need to be able to initiate a conference call and drop the last party in conference. It's a long story involving virtual Release Link Ties. I couldn't find a way to do that on an analog line. We can, however do it from an optiset phone via the display and other keys. The VRU should do a supervised transfer. After a ring no answer timeout it brings the call back and offers the caller other choices. Every time using the Dialogic interface it releases the call, therefore a blind transfer. Has anyone ever used a Dialogic card with the 3000?
