Hello, My customer sells cars, their using a Macrotel HT16, everything is fine except they want to add a 4 line cordless to work in conjunction with the system. Does anyone have an idea?

Looks like you will need to go b4 the system
With the 4 line cordless ,there never was a system cordless that long ago.

Cool, that's what I tried. I piggybacked a Panasonic 4 line base and cordless on the main CO's and now if the macrotel answers a call and the cordless is picked-up we're getting a busy signal on the panasonic.

That's because the multiline analog phones work off the line voltage to see if the line is busy or not. So if the system picks up the call the line voltage will drop giving an off hook indication to the analog phones.
