I have just taken over a win100d. Progamming locally using hyperterm. This site is a multi-tenant environment. Receptionist answers all tenant calls and transfers them accordingly. I have been able to program the sta, ringing, and buttons. I am having problems with the trunk names. This sites reception does not have line keys. Just a ring group that all calls come in on. I need to know the command to reprogam a name in programming. When a call comes in that trunk is named the company name and thats how she answers. "trunk named abc on display, hello this is abc may i help you." Problem is changing from old name to new. i cannot find it anywhere in the TRK command. Again all i need to do is change the CO LINE name.
thank you

Use CONA to name CO trunks, it will ask for a CONA ID as an integration function after you enter up to a 10 digit name, but no ID need be put in for the command to name the trunk.

So my command is CONA?
Then i would at some point enter the line or port number. Then the company name up to 10 digits? I assume CONA means company name but i see that nowhere in the programming manual.
Thanks i will give that a shot.

Yup, command is CONA. The system will prompt for the line number, allow up to a 10 digit name or number, then integration digits (if required).
