Guys.

Sorry for the intrusion.
A little background history about myself first.
Currently working in I.T for a major Voice recording company. I install server based voice recording equipment into the call centre industry. Tapping into an already existing telephony infastructure.
(Usually either trunk tapping or extension tapping (at the Krone/TJF)
Well until I leave in 2 weeks time.

I'm taking up a new challenge with a small mail order company, one of the tasks I've been set, is to set up a very small, 2 or maybe 3 extension pbx system.

Ive been offered, for free an old, but apparently working Plessey PKS2-P816M.

Does anyone know where I might find some installation manuals for this.

Is it worth using it, or shall I go for something more modern.

It only has to be used for 12 months at the most, as they will be moving to new premises.

If it's too old, not worth bothering with, can anyone suggest a cheap alternative.

I only have a tiny budget.

Thanks for any assistance or advice
