Out of curiosity, what happens if they call straight from the Allworx server rather than through the whole network? Plug a phone into the Allworx LAN port and see if they get the same issue, that at least will eliminate the ethernet switch as the issue....or point out that it likely is the switch. Allworx phones can be plugged into each other to test more than one handset if you want...or take a small switch and plug the Allworx into it. The point is to take the other switches out of the equation.

The Vendor is trying this thru a couple of sites... Steve if you PM me.. I would like to set up a SIP trunk to you and see if you have the same issue if you wouldn't mind testing with me..

Thanks for the offer, but I do not have an Allworx set up right now. We have a demo kit, but it is not attached to anything other than the outside world.

Any resolution with the customer yet?
