I have looked in the administrator guide and datasheet and could not find this information.
1. How many simultaneous calls can the 6x support total (PSTN, ITSP and internal) at the same time. Does PTSN or ITSP use extra DSP channels? Is there even a DSP or is everything processed in software?
2. How many simultaneous auto attendant handle?
3. How many simultaneous voice mail channels can the 6x handle?
4. Can standard SIP phones be used?
Thanks!

1. Well, it depends. The 6x can support 6CO lines on the main box and up to three expander boxes with 6CO lines on each box. The basic feature key allows up to 31IP phones, but you can have an expansion key that allows up to 60 phones.
2. Oddly worded question. If you are asking how many calls can the vmail handle at once in the auto attendant that depends on how many lines you have, but it is an 8 port voice mail.
3. 8
4. Yes, standard SIP phones can be used, but they will only have standard SIP features, not all of the Allworx features. In the programming there are set programs for several Cisco phones, Allworx phones, and "Generic SIP" phones.
