Hello everyone
I’m currently working on an access database with the function to click to dial.
The equipment which I have:
Dialogic DM/HDSI card on a dialler server with 2x ISDN30 lines
Networked over 70 computers,
At the moment we use the Dialogic card with auto dialler engine software which the dialler connects to each agent using the dialler agent software on the computers via a soft phone (SJPhone)
What I’m tiring to do:
Adding a click to dial function on access, which I have done.
How do I dial from my computer using the dialogic card?
Access 2007 is using the phone and modem options on windows XP, how can I set this up from here?

Dialogic's API is quite complex, and would barely be operable using Visual Basic, and probably not at all using VBA. There are OCX controls out there that may allow you to control the Dialogic card using more VB-friendly methods. You may also be able to control the dialer engine through some sort of API it may have.
