I forgot about the TD-100. I even installed a TD-200. I don't think many TD-200's were sold.

I remember seeing paper on the TD-200. Never saw one though. Lots of 100s though. Long time ago. 30 years at least.

Yes, I remember the Tone Commander MH-4000. We installed one of them for a roadside motel, and it was OK. However, when the Cardinal Microswitch came out, we started selling those exclusively to the smaller motels. The bigger ones got some version of the Mitel SX series.
