We recently installed a Vidicode "Octo HD" model 1712 on a Toshiba DK616. It records incoming calls fine. On outgoing calls, the screen on the 1712 indicates a call detected, but the call does not get recorded. The installation / operation manual does not mention any difference between incoming and outgoing, nor is it implied in any of the programming. Any ideas? TIA
