ok. I have an extension 128 and a phantom of a key ext228
I have the ring command set to 228 ring at ext 128 and have ext228 in hunt group.
Still no ring when user is on phantom you get a campon228 when phantom is idle you get dnd228 I am also using a hdnd+ and a group8 or hdnd8 on key and it turns on and off. still I get no ring to phantom and other input would be welcome.
I went as far as even deleting the station and phanton etc and rebuilt it with a different number still no luck. lots of weird things going on with this system which survived a flood several years ago I must be missing something??

create a SPAC code for "dnd all reset" then dial it from the ICM button of that phone, then press the PHTM button and dial it again. If that does not fix your problem the issue lies in how you have your COS set up on either the phone or the phantom, the feature I would focus on in COS is NOT having "set tel busy" on either extension.
