After further testing the system seems to be working well with a couple of exceptions from me. 1) I'm still unaware of how to access and change configurations on the ports. 2) i do not understand they the console can call and receive call but there is no voice path. Thanks for any help

What software version is your system?

I'll check the software today. The second issue is a digital phone that is the operator does not get dial tone from the switch or the c.o. trunck otherwise it appeares to be working. I will check the cabling and am wondering if 1 of the 4 wires could cause this?

These phone are 2 pair.
If only 2nd pair,(data pair) connected, then phone would power up and appear to function without audio.
Check 1st pair or could be bad port or pphone.

The software is 309. i am in the sytem and have most done but i still would like to know how to get an anaolg phone ring on truck 1 and pick up. I am also seeking to program the access code for those phones insted of using 77.

I do have manuals and they have been a great help. Just so i am on the right track I need to set the common ring dealy for the trunck i want and set the common ring. Access code i am not going to woory about at this tim as this customer has only 1 trunck at this time. T
