Are these adapter just supposed to plug into the phone and plug the headset in and work?
or is there something in Hipath 3000 manager that needs setup for that station that is going to use the headset plus adapter? Got it hooked up but the caller can hear me but I can't hear them.
Any help is appreciated!

I think the station has to have a headset button. Not 100% on that though.

Also what headset are you using? Only certain types will work with the Siemens phones.
