Not sure what Siemens system you have...but if you have a 3000/5000 this should work.
1: Call the first party
2: Press Flash
3: Call second party
4: Press Flash * 3when they are on the line
To add more people repeat steps 2-4 for up to 4 people.
If you are using the Siemens branded analog set the "Flash" key is the one with the small white circle in the middle.
