Hello All,
Was wondering if there was anyway to block outgoing caller ID on the 2400? Been searching through the manuals and the caller ID seems to always been in regards to the analog lines. I also tried to use the *67 like I use at home, but no luck.
I did find a spec sheet that says its possible, but no specifics on how to do it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
TIA, Tom

You can block call id on PRI circuits If look in ASFC SFI 94 turns on or off ANI on outbound not sure what software rev you have so older revs may not work Also ACND and ACNP work if yuo want to change what is sent over a PRI.
If the circuits are not PRIS then you would have to call the carrier to see if they can change the displayed number.
