Any one know how to get around the admin password on an Elitemail VMS, customer says that employee that had that info no longer works there. tried 632 but will not work. Any help would be appreciated.

you got a couple of ways.

1-if anyone else is set as a manager use their logon. if this is the case then reset nec's mailbox password.

2-default the vm. you'll have to rebuild everything from scratch. greetings, boxes, etc. $=your time

3-send the vm back to nec and they can recover it. you might get it back within a week. $200 i think
