Once again, having a hard time finding what I need in the documentation.

We currently have the voice mail system answering the main number. Through a voice mail menu, callers are instructed to dial 1 for Sales, 0 for the operator, etc. The problem is that we have the incoming calls appearing on 4 lines including, obviously, Port 01. The system-wide ringing frequency is 5 rings, then voice mail. By the time the calls reach the appearance stations, it only rings approx. twice. Do I need to change the system-wide frequency rings to allow the station appearances to ring longer? Or do I need to do something else? Any ideas?

Check MB 1-1-77. The default delayed ringing for a CO call is 15 sec. I think this is what you are after.

I read your post again & maybe MB 1-2-22, call fwd n/a timer is what you need. It is a system wide timer w/ values of 4,8,12,18,24 & up.
