OK . . . how the heck do I program this? I made the mistake (again) of assuming that it would work by programming the names to the stations of the phones like other switches I have used. Stupid me. Of course it doesn't work. The scoop thus far . . .
If you dial 411 at the opening greeting, you will get the canned directory greeting and instructions on how to use. Problem is, no matter what combo you press, you get rejected. What MBs are these, please?

Thanks to chrislebeck, I have been able to determine from the docs I downloaded that I will not be able to do this any other way but connecting to the Elite VM itself via using software called CoSession. I'm guessing this is some proprietary telnet type software. Question is: is it free? Can I get copy somewhere? Help!
