Here's the problem: We have a modem on an analog port that needs to display its DID on outgoing calls, however it's showing our main incoming number and not the DID. What memory block would I change that on?
Also, how do I take an analog port off of DND that has a modem attached to it and no handset?

I don't think you can control outbound CIDon an IPK To take a dnd off an analog port just access dial tone & dial the access code.

No you should be able to because some of our analog lines send out their DID but a couple of them send out our main line number.
As for dnd... there's no way to do it without plugging into the port?

look in program 4-62
this might be what you're talking about. this is the number that is sent when you dial out on a pri circuit. this is done on a per port basis

Normally you wouldn't be able to display outbound DID caller ID, however we just installed a system that is to be shared by two different companies, and they requested this. In order to do it, your carrier must support OutPulsed DID.
We are using it for separate billing of calls on a single PRI.
