Can anyone tell me if on a 2400IPX is there anyway to program a Park and Park Pick Up key on a phone. My problem is that I am trying to put them on a ACD phone and I am programming them as a speed key.To program I need a recall button but there is no recall button on a ACD phone so I have to program a button. The problem is they keep getting erased. Can they be programmed as a permanent key thru admin. programming.

Thanks

Call Park can not be assigned as a feature key
To assign RECALL USE FKY 57 in AKYD

Feature C-176 Call park group works on 8500 software (R12) you should check the Feature guide to see if it is a fit.
