Elite ACD Plus Card, with Software Rev v1.82 (on the flash card) Elite ACD Plus Server, Version 2.0.1 Elite ACD Plus Admin, Version 2.0.2
Now, the only options for call distribution methods that I see are "Longest Idle" and "Preferred List". My boss however is convinced that when they initially bought the system and had it set up, they were given an option to distribute the calls according to whichever agent has taken the least calls that day. I there a different software revision or a different card for that system the can do this?
Or perhaps there's a way to have the Idle Time Counter ignore Non-Acd calls?
Thanks, Jan

per the features manual for acd+:
Call Distribution to Agents Two methods can be used: Longest Idle Calls are automatically and uniformly distributed to the agent in an ACD Group that has been idle the longest. When incoming calls are holding the oldest call is connected to the first available agent.
or
Preferred Calls are automatically distributed among idle agents according to an assigned priority level of 1 (first) to 9 (last) When agents have the same priority, the system connects the call to the longest idle agent in that priority.
