I have just taken over a 192 system with and electra elite voicemail system. Where can I get the software inorder to program voicemail by pc.

I believe the software you need is called CoSessions Remote. Can't tell you where to get it though. Someone here may be kind enough to hook you up, or talk to the company that installed the system.
