sys: ips 2000 w/ Pri
been having problems all day w/ making out goin phone calls...they are very sparatic, you either get thru or yout dont...havent really seen a pattern...called the worst of all evils(verizon) and they tell me that a few of our channels werent in service, well they turned it back up, and guess what still having seem problems....anything you can suggest would be great

yes i did...but it seems the problem has resolved...spoke to my vendor and he said the channels probably all didnt go active at the time when they turned it back up...so yea...seems all is good ...thanx anyway doc
