Elite IPK and EliteMail
Here's the scenario:
If a user forwards all calls to another extention or an external cellphone, currently theres no way to transfer calls to the users VM box. Normally you can dial the extention and hit 7, but when forwarded to a cell phone, hitting 7 is the same as calling the cellphone and hitting 7. Is there a way to change the timing to wait a second before forwarding, to let the caller hit 7 and have that register on the phone sytem side and not the cellphone end?
Thanks, Jan

You could use call fwd N/A. Or dial VM pilot, at main greeting enter ext + 2, that will go directly to a mailbox. Note, if you enter the VM pilot & it prompts for a password you must enter *2# or sometimes just # to get to the main menu. Hope this helps.

But there's no way to have the calling party still just dial the extention+7 to get to the orginal VM box? No place to change the call forward timing?

Why can't you use CF no answer like DrPBX suggests?
