Customer (Pro II, one small cabinet)had power outage & lost all programming. Looks like his 3.6 CPU battery is gone, because he lost all programming. Have almost all essential programming back up, but need help in these area:
1. Stations are in default mode as Voice Announce. We would like all sets to ring when internally called(instead of pressing the "1" after the intercom number.
2. Need to have Ring over Page. It was working before--but I just can't seem to find the Program Block that applies.
I have manuals, but haven't programmed a Pro for many years. It's amazing that I remembered as much as I did. Thanks in advance.

Never mind about the voice annouce--I found the "Intercom call voice/tone signal selection" program. Now I just need to find out about Ring over page.

Is "ECR Relay to Tenant Assignment" what I want to make the Ring over Page work at night?? The option LK5 is "Night Chime". Or am I not thinking right.

Just to update this----finally--went into nite mode ring---made all phones in shop area ring. Bingo. There is one phone that needs to ring in order for ring over page to happen. We will eliminate a phone at a time to find out which one.
