I'm trying to do the same thing as the guy who posted his question on 6/1/04 under the thread title, " NEC 192 Call forwarding."
The question was answered but I'm clueless as to how to apply the class of service that seems to be the key to it all. Can anyone help?

Some NEC Elite manuals would be a good place to start. They would help w/ understanding the system. Click on the link above, it's money well spent.
