hello - is there any way to set an extension to call forward to a long distance number when the handset requires an account code entry to track the long distance charges?

neax 2000, d-term series e handsets, openworx switchboard and comdial key voice voicemail. the clients currently press the 'account code' pre-programmed button on the handset, enter their account code, wait for the dial tone, then press 9 and the number. i want to be able to track the long distance charges.
thanks

i took the account code restriction off that handset (CM 1201 from 33 to 11) and can now call forward, but shouldn't there be a way to incorporate the account code? and calls transfered to that extension from the switchboard just get looped back to reception? calls made directly to it are call forwarded.

Just found this.....

To enter an Account Code while connected to an outside line
¡ From a Multiline Terminal
1. Press Account Code feature access key and conversation continues.
2. Enter the Account Code.
¡ From the Attendant Console
1. While connected to an outside line, press the START key only if an outgoing call.
2. Enter the Account Code feature access code.
3. Enter the Account Code.
4. Dial the desired station number.
¡ From a Single Line Telephone
1. Press the FLASH key (or momentarily press the hookswitch) and receive feature dial tone.
2. Enter the Account Code feature access code.
3. Enter the Account Code and receive feature dial tone again.
4. Return to the original outside line by pressing the FLASH key (or momentarily pressing the hookswitch).
OR
Dial a station number to transfer the call.

Your Receptionist phone may be restricted from doing a trunk to trunk transfer.
