I have a 3 series processor that was upgraded to a 8.5 series a year ago, when customer loses power everything comes back up except the PRT info? Have to go into 1-13-00 and take channels out and go into 7-1 and take out PRT card and rekey the info. Tried to make a back-up but when I log into SAT software, It tells me that PC programming can not connect to that version? I've tried a new MIF-M card and tried different versions of SAT and no dice. any suggestions?
