To Nec Guru's, After Holiday greeting completes scheduled time. The ad120 does not revert back to normal greeting. This happens on every holiday since the system was installed a couple months ago. A patch was installed to resolve this issue but problem still occurs on a holiday. I'm looking for a Solution. Thank You. Ed/Nec

What patch was given to you to install? Has anyone checked out to see if you have multiple call handlers that default to alternate greetings that may or may not be enabled? A possibility exists this could be a programming concern with the call handlers and how they handle scheduling can be difficult to troubleshoot without more information...
