I need some help yesterday, I have a customer who has an Electra ELite 48 with voicemail. When I try to add a new vm box, it say no more available, What do I do?

what kind of voicemail?

fms? if so then it would only have a max of 40 mailboxes.

cms? same as fms. 40 max

vms? can handle any amount.

vmp? depends.

on any of them, there might be some sort of data corruption that's preventing you from adding a box. how were you trying to add? thru the system managers box or with cosessions?

if using cosessions, then drop to dos and run the database fix. then a defrag.

if using the managers menus, then you might need to get cosessions to run the db check & defrag
