What program mode do I need to be in to set a user's phone to pickup the ringing line? I have the switch set up to hit AA first, the caller transfers to the user's extension, but when they pick up the phone, the still have to press the line button to retrieve the call! I know its something stupid that I must have changed from default and cannot find again.
