i set the holiday schedule start time w/ appropriate schedule number and CCV.

it works almost fine but i want it to start at a certain time today(week schedule) and it complete disregard the time i set it for.
eg:
wed - 18:00 15-1
thu - 00:01 15-1
fri - 00:01 15-1

but it doesnt seem to see the 18:00 i think its still sees the preset for monday which is mon - 00:01 15-1 i thought about adding more days but i have 3 companies w/ different greetings so the problem w/ that is i want to point to the original CCV....

Are you still having issues? CallCenterWorx(ACD) is what you have, not MatWorx(PBX). Well, you may have MatWorx, but the problem lies in CCWX. You need the latest version of CCWX, earlier versions had holiday schedule problems.
