Customer wants to off net forward a SLT to a cell phone. How can this be programmed?

depends if that phone is allowed to in his class of sevice. note-can't do it on a level 1 (you didn't specify level 1 or 2)
easiest way to find out is to go that phone
1>go off hook
2>dial call forward all code 41
3>dial trunk access code (usually 9)
4>then the number to forward to
5>hangup
6>test
a>to cancel go off hook and dial 42
if it doesn't work holler........we'll have to figure out the class of service
