Hey Doc... everythings been working great on 48 with the latest software (50 ids)Even thought the book says you should be able to dial the caller id showing....can't seem to figure it out....any ideas?

caller-id call return reqires lcr to be setup in order for it to work right.

Just like you suggested LCR had to be set up and then feature works perfect.
