I have the Electra Professional Level II system and need help in trying to set up the dial by name feature. After receiving a customer complaint that this feature was not working properly I discovered names were being announced if only the first letter was being dialed. However in some cases, the name announced did not correspond with the key punched. Any thoughts in how to set this up properly.....

I don't know much about the Electra, but only having one digit(letter) to dial doesn't give the system much of a choice. Try increasing the minimum amount of digits the a caller needs to dial. ------------------ | Telephone Systems | Voice & Data Cabling
