How can my new manager set up her voicemail to say her name instead of the old manager's name? The old manager left abruptly, so we don't know his password or where the manual is (if we have one).
Any help is *so* appreciated - I'm sick of taking messages on post-its! Thank you.

I just guessed the password for the one we got on Ebay! I don't know if it's a default for the dos elitemail system, or if the previous owner just used a simple password. Anyway the forum moderator doesn't want it posted. He probably doesn't realize you have to plug into a serial port on the card and use some tremedously out-of-date remote control software to get into it. Not really what I call accessible to hackers & phreaks.

Can you email me the password you got? I do not know if I am using the correct default password for the elitemail VMS system I have. I have the same problem that I have no idea what the system admin password is for this system. If you know how to default the mail system back to its original setting would work for me also.
