One of our dtu-8-1 phones page button will not work..(moved disp. phone to it's location) The upper right func. button should speed dial local 59 (I think) which should be the all page.....where,how to fix?

connect a display phone up to that ext.

press feature then the page button. what does the display show?

it should show something like 1:59
if it does then it is set as a page all button

if it shows unused, then it got re-programmed or blanked out. hit feature redial that button 1 59 feature to reprogram it

if it says vacant then someone blanked that button within system programming.
