We have NEAX 2000 with an ACD system. Dterm SP20 Softphone has been installed and works great, when I'm using the "Multiline" option for PBX Mode. Yet it does not work so great when I switch to "ACD" for the PBX Mode. I can log onto the ACD System and receive calls, yet I can make a call out.
If anyone has the answer, please share it with me.
Thank you.

When you use ACD mode there is a specific order your my lines & ACD line must go in. I can't remember specifically what I had to change but that's where I would start.

Thank you for the information. It got me thinking. I did a search on the PDF I had for "ACD". I looked at every page "ACD" was on. Finally, in small print, the answer was there, set "spkr" to make call". Thanks for your help.
