Ok, this is a weird one, but you all might be able to help me out.
I'm trying to update the clock using the MatWorx32 Taskbar and when i go to System and SetClock it tells me it cannot locate the wrx file for SetClock or that file is bad.
I have verified the file is there, so is there a download place to get a replacement?

No, place to download the file try uninstall and reinstall. (Sound Familiar)
