Our company is presently without Tech support, and since I can answer a telephone, I've been asked to descramble an NEC 824 system at one of our sites. The problems seem simple; stations ring when they're not supposed to, don't ring when they're supposed to, or never ring at all. The complicated part is that the only documentation I have available is the programming map (?) and a laminated cheat card. I've looked for downloads on the 'net without any luck. Any ideas about getting a manual? Thanks for listening.

I was in the same boat you were -- Finding a manual for any of the NEC systems on the net was tough.
Not sure about the "free" approach, but I'm pretty sure you'll be able to purchase one from:
1-888-683-7848
I looked for a few days before finally breaking down and buying one for the electra 120 I have here. I stumbled across those guys while searching for the manual.
Hope that helps, I know they helped me....
